TriSource is currently working with a well-known non-profit company located in Baltimore County that is currently hiring an Executive Assistant role.

As the Executive Assistant, you will support Trustees, President & CEO, Chief of Staff, and Program Staff and carry out the operational and administrative tasks associated with the office.

Some of the basic job responsibilities will be:

  • Managing executives’ meeting schedule, travel arrangements, and personal calendar
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Utilizing PowerPoint to create presentations
  • Drafting correspondences
  • Logging expense reports

We are looking for individuals who want to work hard and do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully!! This may mean extra evening and weekend hours. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word are also a must for this role.
