The AP/AR Specialist is responsible for data entry, clerical support duties, and assisting the finance department in the day -to-day coordination and operation of the department.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Enter payroll deductions
  • Transmit payroll taxes electronically and process in AP system
  • Balance payroll monthly and quarterly
  • Process AP invoices
