This is an exciting, permanent opportunity for an onsite Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing facility for an industry that is growing rapidly!

The Human Resources Manager will provide direction and guidance to managers on employment matters including policy interpretation, HR procedures, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and employee transitions within and/or out of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years progressive human resources experience, with an emphasis on employee relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software systems.
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Must be proactive and service oriented with high attention to detail; ability to anticipate needs required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and matters with discretion and tact
