A prominent company in the Towson area is currently seeking a strong AP Clerk. The AP Clerk will work directly with the Director of Finance and assist with all AP duties. The AP Clerk must have hotel accounting experience.

The basic duties of the AP Clerk are:

  • Prepare all bank deposits and bank change orders
  • Oversee the over/short log
  • Reconcile credit cards daily
  • Ensure hotel deposits are efficiently sent to the bank
  • Control cashier banks
  • Data Entry

The AP Clerk will be working in a hotel so excellent customer service must be provided.
